Your satisfaction is important to us, and this Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and course changes, in accordance with industry standards and NMLS course provider guidelines.
Refund Policy
Online Courses

Refunds may be requested within 30 calendar days of the date of purchase, provided the course has not been accessed.

Once a course has been accessed (e.g., content viewed, quizzes attempted, or course started), it is non-refundable.
Livestream and Classroom Courses

Refund requests must be submitted at least 3 business days before the scheduled course start date.

Students who do not attend a livestream or classroom course are not eligible for a refund.

If a refund is no longer available, students may request a one-time transfer to an available self-paced online version of the course, where applicable.
Exceptions
Courses (sold individually or as part of a package) that have been accessed are non-refundable.

Costs for textbooks and shipping are non-refundable.

Refunds for packages including physical textbooks will be processed minus a $50 handling fee.

Cancellation Policy
Live/Webinar Course Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any live or webinar course. If this occurs:

Affected students will be notified via email and/or phone.

Students will have the option to receive a full refund or apply a credit toward a future course of equal or lesser value.

SAFEPath Learning is not responsible for any incidental costs (e.g., travel or accommodations) incurred by the student.
No Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are not available for bundled packages, courses in progress, or course components already completed or accessed.
Class Change Requests
We understand that plans can change and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate date changes.

No fee if the request is made 3 or more business days prior to the course start date.

A $50 rescheduling fee applies to changes made within 3 business days of the course start date for Federal CE or Pre-Licensing (PE) livestream/webinar classes.

A $25 rescheduling fee applies to changes made within 3 business days of the course start date for State Law CE or PE livestream/webinar classes.

All rescheduling requests are subject to course availability and must be made in writing.
